1. Agreement to Terms

By authorizing the Time Wrinkler application within Microsoft Teams, Outlook, or Telegram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

Time Wrinkler operates as an AI-driven productivity orchestrator that reads, analyzes, and executes actions across your Microsoft 365 environment (including creating meetings, replying to emails, and organizing tasks). You remain solely responsible for the actions the autonomous agent takes on your behalf.

3. Microsoft Graph Operations

The application relies on the Microsoft Graph API. You grant the agent delegated or application permissions to act over your mailboxes and calendars. We are not liable for accidental data modification, misfiled emails, or erroneous calendar bookings resulting from AI interpretation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to process illicit material, spam external providers, or violate the messaging policies of your overarching organizational tenant. Automated communications dispatched by the agent must comply with all local broadcast laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Time Wrinkler or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our autonomous agent.

6. Data Processing Agreement

For users subject to European data protection laws (GDPR), utilizing this service acknowledges that Time Wrinkler acts as the Data Processor, carrying out automated actions explicitly defined by you, the Data Controller. Full commitments regarding telemetry storage are governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the agent after revisions constitute agreement to the updated terms.
